One Day. One Decision. Everything After Changes.
Transform your life & career beyond medicine as an industry leader
For doctors who want to make a bigger impact in industry, but feel stuck or unclear on their next move.
The Leap is a one-day immersive experience to help you reconnect with your high value, map your next chapter, and join an incredible movement & ecosystem of doctors building powerful careers beyond clinical.
One Day. One Decision. Everything After Changes.
Step away from the noise, the inbox, and the cycle of overthinking.
This is not a workshop. It’s not a retreat.
It's a one-day invite-only immersive designed to help you cut through the chaos & uncertainty to build the next chapter of your career — one that leverages everything you’ve done as a doctor and opens the door to bigger, better, high-value opportunities in industry.
We’re hosting it at an exclusive 600 acre wildlife reserve in Kent — not just for the views, but because sometimes you need lions, not slides.
Nature. Space. Clarity.
Maybe even a safari in more ways than one.
You'll leave with a plan.
But more than that — you’ll leave with belief in your value, your direction, and your ability to build a career on your own terms.
Port Lympne is a 600-acre private safari reserve in Kent — home to endangered animals, wild open landscapes, and stunning views across the English Channel.
Kent is the Garden of England and where Abeyna proudly resides
The best part of the program is the constant lightbulb moments 💡 and the inspiration from seeing other like-minded doctors use their skills to make a positive impact both within and beyond the NHS. I want to thank Dr. Abeyna Bubbers-Jones , Dr. Ola van Steen, Lee Humphreys , Dr. Karla Wright Allen and the brilliant community for your support and guidance.
"Just wanted to reach out to say thank you. I was considering how I could merge my career as a doctor with my interest in digital health when I attended one of the MF events"
Abeyna and the Medic Footprints team have an intuitive understanding of the many challenges we face in creating a satisfying, sustainable and rewarding career. I highly recommend their expertise."
The best thing about the program is the supportive community of like-minded fellows, led by Dr. Abeyna Bubbers-Jones and Dr. Ola van Steen. I'm grateful to be part of this group of doctors who are so open to sharing the successes and challenges they've experienced on their journeys into non-clinical careers, allowing us all to learn and grow together.
The course content plus networking is a potent mix that exceeded my expectations. One highlight was the "Mindset and Clarity" process in the first two months, which has helped me form a blueprint for creating the career I want and living life on my terms, not the NHS’s. Another unexpected joy is the incredibly supportive community in the program...
